Hawaiian Klondike

in North Platte
 

Winter Klondike is a change to join in one of the oldest traditions in Scouting's history. A team of scouts will drag a sled to various stations to compete in various skills. Scouts will navigate the Hawiian Islands testing their skills in morse code, semaphore, and nautical flags. Build a Imu stove, do a lava rescue, lost in the jungle shelter building and more are planned for this event

When:  Friday, January 17, 5 PM -  Sunday, January 19, 12 PM

Where:  Camp Whispering Cedar, 501 Prairie Lake Rd, North Platte, NE  69101

 

Cost:  

  • Scouts - $25 ($15 if paid by December 15, $35 after January 10)
  • Adults - $20 ($10 if paid by December 15, $30 after Jannuary 10)
  • Includes:  program materials and patch
