Learn about "Delivering the Promise of Scouting” at The Scout University, hosted by Wagon Wheel District at Bellevue University. The Scout University is supplemental leader training at its best. It is designed to provide program ideas, resources and FUN for all Scouting volunteers. It is Wagon Wheel District’s revival of some of the courses that used to be held as part of the Heartland University of Scouting Program. The courses being planned are: Camping 101, When Eve Hits the Trail, Cub Cooking, Troop Cooking, Backpacking Cooking, Rangemaster, and Outdoor Ethics/Leave No Trace Hosted by Wagon Wheel District at Bellevue University.
