Adult Leader Training

This half-day course is a combination of presentation and discussion designed to give adult leaders an introduction to many of the practical skills and safety policies they need to lead a Scouts BSA Troop. This course completes position training for Scoutmasters and Assistant Scoutmasters who have taken the Introduction to Outdoor Leader Skills (IOLS) course, as well as position training for Committee Members, Committee Chairs, Chartered Organization Representatives, and Merit Badge Counselors. All contact leaders must still take Hazardous Weather and Youth Protection training every two years to remain fully trained.

When:  Saturday, April 1 - 8:00 AM to 1:00PM (Registration starts at 7:30 AM)

Where:  Bellevue University - Educational Services Building, Room 4103
