Event Details

Cub Scout All Positions

Adult Leader Training

This half-day course is a combination of presentation and discussion designed to give adult leaders an introduction to many of the practical skills and safety policies they need to lead a Cub Scout Pack. This course completes the position training for Cubmasters and Assistant Cubmasters, Den Leaders, Committee Members, Committee Chairs, and Chartered Organization Representatives. All contact leaders must still take Hazardous Weather and Youth Protection training every two years to remain fully trained. And every Pack needs one leader trained in the Basic Adult Leader Outdoor Orientation (BALOO) course to be able to do Cub camping.
