All adult and youth participants must be registered and in good standing with the Mid-America Council and the Kit-Ke-Hak-O-Kut Lodge.

Adult participants will be waitlisted and approved after an interview by the Lodge and NOAC leadership team and approval by the Mid-America Council.  The adult selection process will involve maintaining a youth to adult ratio throughout the contingent as well as from each Chapter.

Payment schedule for all participants is as follows:
$100 deposit upon registration
$175 by February 5, 2022
$175 by March 4, 2022
$175 by April 4, 2022
$175 by May 4, 2022
$100 by June 4, 2022
