Packs and/or Dens are encouraged to have a camp coordinator who will be the person responsible for registering all Scouts and adults for camp. The camp coordinator will also be the person to receive communications regarding camp when updates occur or announcements are released.

Once booked, all registrations are considered "LOCKED" and any payments are non-refundable unless approved using a Council Refund Request Form.
