Scouting America Day at the Lancaster County Superfair!

Friday, July 31 is officially Scouting America Day at the Lancaster County Superfair! Not only will Scouting be celebrated that day, but we'll be able to show our support by helping out at various stations throughout the event. Those that sign up to help will be able to attend the fair that day free of entrance fee outside of their volunteer shift. Here is what is needed:

Prep/Serve/Clean*: 

• Two slots 10am-2pm
• Two slots 2pm-6pm
• Two slots 5pm-9pm

*Must be at least 16 years of age (those under 19 are unable to serve alcohol). Be willing to follow all health and safety rules and ready to work outside. 

Climbing wall (assist w/ harnesses, process credit cards/ sign wavers):

• Three slots 10am-2pm
• Three slots 1pm-5pm
• three slots 4:30 pm-9pm

*Climbing crew preferred, but not required

We'll also have a recruitment booth in the kids area! 

All hours worked will count as service hours! 

Everyone working a shift is asked to wear a Class B uniform of any sort. All Scouts attending the fair that day are encouraged to wear either their Class A shirt or a Class B of their choice.
