Jubilee 2024

Jubilee is Scouting at its best!  Join the Mid-America Council, Cornhusker Council, and Overland Trails Council in this showcase event.  Program features will be available for Cub Scouts, Scouts BSA, and Ventures.  Confirmed program features, entertainment, and partners will be posted on the Mid-America Website.

When:  Friday, October 4 - Sunday, October 6

Where:  Eugene T. Mahoney State Park, Ashland, NE

Cost:  

• $32.00 per participant (youth or adult) If registered and paid by August 16th (NEW DATE!!!)
• $37.00 per participant (youth or adult) if registering and paying by September 15 at midnight
• $40.00 per participant (youth or adult) if registereing and paying after September 15th

• Includes:  camping on Jubilee Hill, all program features, concerts, fireworks shows

• Does not include (can be added during registration online):  state park cabins, lodge rooms, RV/Camper pads, vehicle passes, meal tickets

Packets with your registration information, wrist bands, meal vouchers, passes, etc can be picked up at the Durham Scout Center between September 23rd & October 2nd, Or they can be mailed directly to registrants if registered and paid by midnight on September 15th.  

Those registering after September 15th will need to pick up your packet at the Durham Scout Center after September 23rd between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. OR upon check-in at Mahoney State Park.

To register, please select the type of accommodations you or your group would like for the Jubilee to begin the registration process (click here to review the descriptions of accommodations available).  If you would like to select multiple types of accommodations, you will need to create a registration for each type (ie cabins, lodge rooms, campsites, Jubilee Hill, etc).  Once you click register next to your accommodation type, you will see additional information and instructions to help you through the process.

All attendess registered before July 31st are guaranteed a patch. 

Any need for a refund will be processed through the standard Mid-America Council Refund Request Policy.
