2022 OEC Weeklong Day Camp

Can't camp out overnight?  That's OK, Day Camp is for you!!

This weeklong Day Camp is just right for any Cub Scout wanting to have fun and earn requirements toward your adventures during the summer.  Join us June 13-17th 2022, 8:00 am-4:00 pm. You will shoot rockets, BB-guns, archery, play games, go on adventures, and have a blast working on your rank with other Scouts from all over Cornhusker Council. Parents are encouraged to join in the fun at the Outdoor Education Center for 5 days of adventure. (Tiger Cub parents MUST attend with child)

Price for the Full 5 days, 
Youth - full camp Monday-Friday $135.00
Adults -Free

Each Scout that registers for the full week of day camp will receive a t-shirt.

Each adult that registers online to help as a Walking Den Leader, for 2 or more days will receive a free t-shirt. (additional savings only apply to full week registrants)

FOS Discount Price: $125 (must be paid in full by 1 May 2022 to apply this discount) FOS discount is for unit registration. Must also register as a Pack for this discount to apply.

Early Bird Registration Discount: $125 (must be paid in full by March 31, 2022) 

Youth Single day: $32

Late Registration:  May 28 - 9 June @ 4pm (Will not reopen after 4pm)
Youth – Full Camp – Monday- Friday $150
Youth – Single Day - $50

Scholarships through the Council: you may apply for a scholarship for funding to attend camp. Simply fill out the scholarship form found online at https://www.cornhuskercouncil.org/camping/cubcamps/camperships-and-camp-fees.html  and submit it to the Outdoor Education Center 1 month prior to camp and before making your final payment for camp.

What do you need with you to enjoy each day?
• Wear your camp t-shirt and closed toed shoes each day to camp  
• Send bug spray and sunscreen
• Bring a sack lunch each day (they will be inside but not refrigerated)
• Bring a water bottle and snack to carry with you (water refill stations are at each program area)
• Consider bringing a backpack for all your supplies
We do have a Trading Post with snacks, souvenirs and Scout supplies so you might send your Scout with money.

Supplies to consider but not necessary
• lip balm, rain gear, camera, watch, 
Make sure to label everything you send with your Scout.
If you or someone you know is helping with Day Camp please make sure they are signed up online, so we know they are coming, and we have their t-shirt size.
