WHAT IS A TWILIGHT CAMP?

Twilight Camp is a district-wide, themed Day Camp held from 6pm-9pm at night. The night-time activities help to accommodate working families, both for attendees and camp staff/volunteers.

Twilight Camp is run only by volunteers and it cannot happen without people giving of their time and talents. You can make memories to last a lifetime with your Cub Scout at camp.

WHO:  Twilight Camp is for all Cub Scouts and their Parents

WHEN:  July 19 from 6-9 pm

WHERE:  Cornhusker Council Outdoor Education Center, 600 S 120th Street, Walton

COST:  $15

 

ACTIVITIES:  At the Slingshot Science Twilight Camp we will be completing the Science Everywhere Nova by talking to a scientist and performing experiments.  We will also learn how physics affects your slingshot aim to earn the Shooting Sports Patch.

 

NOTE:  Lions and Tigers can’t earn Nova Awards, but they can participate in all the activities and learn about Science in the World around us!
