Join your fellow Arrowmen in fun, fellowship, and training. Conclave is the annual gathering of the seven lodges that make up section G5.

During the morning you can participate in a variety of leadership development courses. The afternoon is filled with fun activities and lodge competitions. Finally, we come together for a show and section officer elections!

Cost is $55 for regular attendees and $45 for Ordeal members induction in 2024.  After August 31st, a late fee of $10 per person will be put into effect. The cut-off for registration will be September 4th.

Financial Assistance

We don’t want any youth to miss out on an event due to inability to pay. We have financial assitance available to help offset the cost of this event. You must fill out an application PRIOR to registering for the event. The name in the application must match the participant name in the registration.
