UPDATE ON MONTANA

INTERNATIONAL SCOUT EXPO

Dear Scouter,

Thank you for your commitment to the 2026 Montana International Scout Expo and for the time and planning your unit has already invested in attending.

After careful consideration, we have made the difficult decision to cancel this year’s event. While we had hoped to bring this experience to life at the scale envisioned, current registration levels do not allow us to deliver the quality program and experience that our Scouts and leaders deserve.

We recognize that this change impacts your plans—particularly for those traveling from a distance—and we sincerely appreciate your support, flexibility, and understanding. Your willingness to participate means a great deal to us.

All payments will be fully refunded to the original method of payment, and we anticipate processing those within the next week.

We remain committed to providing meaningful and high-quality Scouting experiences, and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you to Montana for future events.
