2027 Trek Registration

Montana Outdoor High Adventure Base (MOHAB) is Scouting’s premier wilderness expedition program serving Scouts worldwide. Discover yourself through adventures as you trek and packraft through one of the largest wilderness areas in the lower 48 states – the million-acre Bob Marshall Wilderness. MOHAB’s uniqueness is defined by its remote location, wilderness character, and multi-sport expedition travel.

NOTE: Due to unpredicatable changes in winter snowpack, seasonal river flows and USFS permitting, packrafting conditions - especially during Sessions 4 and 5 - require additional pre-season planning. Prior to registering for Sessions 4 or 5, please contact the MOHAB Program Director at 315.mohab@scouting.org.

FEES:

One Week Trek (Registration minimum: 6 youth and 2 adults, max 12 total people)

Crew Fee - $5000

-and-

Youth & Adult $400 per participant

Additional Costs: Shuttle Service From Great Falls Airport ($750)
 

PAYMENT SCHEDULE:

Payment Description                         Payment Amount

Initial Deposit                                    $500 (non-refundable)

2nd Payment (due 1/15/2027)          $4,500

Final Payment (due 5/1/2027)          $400 per participant

The $500 deposit is non-refundable. Expenses paid by Montana Council for registration, equipment, services, fees, transportation, or contracts entered into on behalf of participant will not be refunded. If substitution for participation in the event has been secured, then a refund, less and fees/charges incurred and less a 10% administrative fee, will be made.
