K-M Scout Ranch
Summer Camp 2027
 

A world-class camp in the heart of Big Sky country, K-M Scout Ranch is a one-of-a-kind opportunity for adventure in Montana.

Miles of ATV and mountain bike trails, a newly renovated spring-fed pond with underwater cameras for STEM and trout study, climbing wall, shooting sports, nature and much more. The state-of-the-art lodge and dining hall come equipped with a Scoutmaster Lounge for study, work or escape. 

There's even an opportunity for a “Haunted Overnight” at our very own mining town site! K-M Scout Ranch is truly a camp to experience.

Units must pay a $250 NON-REFUNDABLE Unit Fee at the time of booking
plus $25 per participant (NON-REFUNDABLE) due by Sept. 15, 2026

2027 Dates:

• Session 1: July 11th - July 17th, 2027
• Session 2: July 18th - July 24th, 2027
• Session 3: July 25th - July 31st, 2027

2027 Fees:            
Youth: $400 (Fee will increase to $425 if not paid in full by 05/15/2027)
Adults: $250
Unit Fee:  $250 Unit Fee at the time of booking plus $25 per participant due by Sept. 15 (both NON-REFUNDABLE). 

• Reservations after Sept. 15 require $250 unit fee plus $25 per participant due at booking (both NON-REFUNDABLE).
• Reservations that do not have $25 per participant (and $250 unit fee) paid by Sept. 15 will forfeit any unpaid participant slots and those spaces will be available for other units.
• Participant spots will be removed if the $100 per participant fee is not paid by March 1st

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

Any unit or individual Scout canceling prior to June 1st may be able to receive a refund of fees less the $250 Non-Refundable Unit Fee and $25 per participant fee for each Scout and/or adult cancellation.

After June 1st, 2027, no refunds will be issued until after the end of the camping season.  Refunds will be determined by the Council Camping Department.  Valid refund reasons include death, illness, or military orders such as TDA or PCS. Refund amounts are determined based on refundable monies, which excludes food and supplies purchased, as well as other incurred costs.

All fees must be paid on time in order to hold your campsite, the unit may lose its place if fees are not on time.
