Report to the State

All Montana Council 2025 Eagle Scouts are invited to join us in presenting Scouting's Report to the State, March 21, 2026. Eagle Scouts and their families will have an opportunity to tour the State Capitol, meet Governor Greg Gianforte, and attend a luncheon with a guest speaker. 

Report to the State schedule:

9:00am - Tour of the Capitol (Optional - Capitol Building Rotunda)
10:30am - Meet with Governor Gianforte
12:00pm - Group Photograph (Capitol Building Rotunda)
12:30pm - Lunch Program (Delta Hotel & Convention Center, 2301 Colonial Dr, Helena, MT)

Cost: 

Each 2025 Eagle Scout and one guest: No cost thanks to the generosity of the Montana Council NESA Committee

Additional family members/guests: $30 each

2025 Eagle Scouts: please wear your complete Scout Uniform.
