Save $70 if you sign up for Stem on CAMPus SEMO and UMSL together OR if you book STEM on CAMPus EIU and UMSL together. Full payment will need to be made for each camp and a reimbursement check will be sent the week after camp takes place.
There will not be a shuttle, parents or Troop leaders will need to provide the transportation to the other campus. Take advantage of 2 campus camps for just $330 a Scout!
***All Scouts will end up with a roommate in a bedroom, with 2 bedrooms per suite, there could be up to 4 Scouts in a suite and share a private bathroom. Scouts will be paired up by age if not also by the same Troop if possible. Please let us know if there are preferred roommates.
Adults will have a bedroom to themselves and may share a restroom with one other adult participant. (Suite - style dorm room )
Check-in for the camp participants will be Sunday, June 2nd in mid afternoon and check-out will be Wednesday night, June 5th. There will be 6 program sessions to work on merit badges or NOVA awards.
Extracurricular fun will happen each evening – Ropes Course, team building games, pool, ziplines, Esports Arena etc. Campus dorm living for 3 cool nights and 9 great meals.
$200 per Scout / $110 per adult leader. Scouts can come with their Troop or be a part of a provisional one. Registration will be open until 2 weeks before camp starts. There is no discount rate for this special camp. Scouts will get a commerative shirt for attending this camp.
Adult registration roles defined:
Adult Staff = Instructors/staff that are not staying overnight at camp
Adult Leader = Adults who are staying overnight and serving as provisional leaders or supervisors for the Scouts
Adult Free Participant = Adults Leaders who signed up 5 or more Scouts and will serve as provisional leaders
University faculty and staff will be present to help facilitate the activities associated with STEM Merit Badges and Nova Awards. Our camp goal is to match volunteers with their area of interest and expertise to provide these potential badge offerings:
Sunday (6/2) Schedule:
Check in | 2:30pm - 4:30pm at Laferla Hall
Dinner | 5:00pm at Towers with Opening ceremony to take place there.

Once registered and classes are chosen, those badge/NOVA assignments are locked in. Review prereqs in the catolog available in the attachments box on this page. We encourage Scouts to work on their badges/awards in advance.
