Cost:

• Wednesday, October 27 – Registration website launches @ $12/scout early bird rate
• Wednesday, November 10 – Regular rate begins @ $15/scout

Note – American Business, Engineering, and Law will be combined into one continuous class that will go all day.  Scouts are only to register for one merit badge and, if their choice is American Business, Engineering, or Law they will be registered for all three.  If a scout, for example, wants Law Merit Badge but already has Engineering Merit Badge, then they will be getting Law Merit Badge and American Business Merit Badge but will still do the Engineering Merit Badge instruction.  Scouts will not be allowed to “skip” instruction portions.  This is going to be a really good deal for some scouts but if it’s too complicated just pick one of the other choices.

Three Rivers College will require masks to be worn indoors.

Additional information:

• Advance registration/payment is required to secure preferred courses.
• Youth must select 1st, 2nd, and 3rd choices to successfully register.
• Fee includes lunch of pizza/soda.  Notify us of any dietary restrictions.
• Courses are first come, first served. When courses are full, they are full.
• Scouts should bring a merit badge card signed by their Scoutmaster.
• There is no guarantee that scouts will complete the badge at the event.
• Attendance is not considered participation.
• Scouts should plan to attend the entire event during the prescribed hours.
• Registration includes event patch.
• Doors open at 8:30. 
• No refunds.  No walk-ins.
• Adult minimum leadership requirements – one per unit.
