Thank you for joining the Anpetu-We Lodge Contingent for NOAC 2024! 

We look forward to an exciting week in Colorado.  This registration has been set up to collect your NOAC Contingent Fee Payments.  To make this a little more digestible, we've broken down the total Contingent Fee into 5 installments with final due dates listed below:

The cost of this trip is significant.  The Lodge has the ability to provide a small number of need-based scholarships.  Please use EITHER the attached PDF or this digital scholarship application to apply for access to those funds.  The Lodge scholarship WILL NOT EXCEED $340 but MAY be less than that amount.  Further, access to any Lodge funds require that  payment of the applicant's portion of the national fee be completed first.

PLEASE NOTE - The final payment may be adjusted based on the success of our fundraising efforts and any changes in travel costs based on our final contingent size.  Because of this fact, we DO NOT recommend paying more than $920 per registrant if you choose to "pay ahead" of the payment plan.  Refunds are tricky and time-consuming, so please do not pay more than the total due by APRIL 30, 2024 at this time.  Of course, if you are using the payment schedule as it has been designed, paying the minimum due at this time, overpayment will not be a concern.

If you are late with a payment, or join the contingent after December 8, 2023 the system will automatically charge you the full amount of all payments due up to the next payment due. (i.e. if you make a payment on Feb 1st and haven't yet made your Jan payment, the system will charge you $460)
