This year’s section conclave will be the best yet! In our yearly gathering of all of the lodges in our Section, we’ll meet at the Brotherhood Court. Our Pirate-themed Conclave will be October 15-17 at Camp Illinek in Chatham, Illinois. We’ll have an exciting program, from sailing to shooting, all to show your YOUR lodge pride. 

Each event registration includes the opportunity to earn one full set of the lodge "coin" patches and the rocker patch.  Each delegate will be issued patches at random and will need to trade with other Arrowmen until they have collected the full set.  Additional "coins" and rockers may be purchased for an extra cost.

The price for the conclave is $47 which includes all meals and conclave programs.  Register for the conclave before October 4th and save $10!

Event T-Shirt - $20

The official conclave t-shirt.  A full sized patch logo on the back with a smaller event logo on the front.  Additional fee applies to larger sizes.

Event Patch "Rocker" - $4

The center patch of the total event set.

Individual Lodges "Coin" Patch - $3

Seven different patch choices; one for each lodge.

Complete Event Patch (Black) - $25

A complete, uncut, version of the entire event set with black stitching.

Limited Edition Complete Event Patch (Red) - $50

A complete, uncut, version of the entire event set with red stitching.  Only 40 versions of this patch will be made.
