Welcome to the Central Region Area 3 & 5 VenturingFest2018 Contingent! This registration system is set-up so that you may register each person individually as we are accepting any configuration of participants from one youth or adult from your unit, to the entire unit attending.

Participant Requirements: Registered Scout ages 14 (and completed 8th grade) to 20- this can be Venturers, Sea Scouts, Explorers, or Boy Scouts. OR Registered adult Scouters ages 21 plus. You must be able to pass the physical requirements for attending the Summit Bechtel Reserve (A body mass index (BMI) of 32 or less is required to participate in all of the high-adventure activities at the Summit. Those with BMIs of 32 to 40 will require additional documentation from their physicians stating that they are fit to participate in the high-adventure activities for which they have registered. No participant with a BMI greater than 40 will be allowed at the Summit and will be sent home at their own expense.).

This contingent pricing includes the following: seat on the bus, two contingency t-shirts, Summit Reservation for VenturingFest 2018, meal budget in route, activity stop in Charleston, WV on trip out, overnight caving or hotel on trip back, optional overnight at Salem in Ballwin UMC once back. There is the opportunity to purchase patches, extra shirts, and/or the additional white water rafting experience at the Summit for an additional price when registering.
