The 2018 National Order of the Arrow Conference (NOAC) will be held from July 30th - August 4th, 2018.  NOAC is the premier event that the Order of the Arrow has to offer.  Several thousand Arrowmen are expected to converge upon the campus of Indiana University for a conference full of training cells, activities, and a multitude of brotherhood opportunities with Arrowmen from across the country.

Shawnee Lodge has been granted a very limited number of spots for the 2018 conference.  We are actively working with the national office to acquire additional spots so that we can take as many arrowman as possible.  This is the official spot for active(dues must be current) members of the Shawnee Lodge to apply for a spot in the Shawnee Lodge contingent.  To apply you will need to fill out the questions on the following pages and submit a $100 deposit.  In order to be selected in the first round of allocated spots, you must fill out this application and submit your deposit by September 30th.  If you are selected to be a member of the Lodge contingent, you will be responsible for the full conference fee which is estimated to be between $700-$900.  The final contingent fee and a payment schedule will be published by the beginning of October.

A committee has been established to select the members who will make up the conference contingent.  If you are chosen as a member of the contingent your deposit will be applied to your conference fee balance, and will not be refunded.  If you are not selected as a member of the contingent, your deposit will be refunded.
