Join us for an unforgettable day as Scouts and families gather to showcase creativity, engineering skills, and competitive spirit at the Ozark Howler District Pinewood Derby 2025! Held at the stunning Disney Immersive Center in Branson, MO, this annual district-wide event promises excitement, camaraderie, and plenty of fun for all ages.

Event Schedule – March 22, 2025

Location: Disney Immersive Center, 3300 Gretna Rd., Branson, MO

11:00 AM: Tiger/Lion Division Races | 10:30 AM Deadline for Registration, 11:15 AM Cars in the Pit

12:00 PM: Wolf Division Races | 11:30 PM Deadline for Registration, 12:15 PM Cars in the Pit

1:30 PM: Bear Division Races | 1:00 PM Deadline for Registration, 1:45 PM Cars in the Pit

3:00 PM: Webelos Division Races | 2:30 PM Deadline for Registration, 3:15 PM Cars in the Pit

4:00 PM: Outlaw Division Races | 3:30 PM Deadline for Registration, 4:15 PM Cars in the Pit  

LATE CHECK-IN POLICY: Did you miss your division’s pit deadline? Late arrivals may race in the next division or the Outlaw Division (subject to track availability).

Note: Race times will not start early and may experience minor delays.

Who’s Racing?

With creativity and Scout spirit top of mind, divisions are structured to highlight and elevate every participant’s unique build.

Tigers & Lions: Brimming with energy, these youngest Scouts will light up the track with their inventive car designs.

Wolves: Older Scouts ready to explore thematic design head-to-head with marvelous replicas.

Bears: Creative and determined, Bear Scouts balance engineering skills and race-day competitiveness.

Webelos & AOL's: A seasoned group of Scouts preparing for the transition to Boy Scouts, showcasing expert designs and innovative features.

Outlaw Division: Friends, siblings, parents, or other enthusiasts with boundary-breaking designs—just ensure cars are fun and track-safe!

Top racers from all divisions will advance to a thrilling final round to crown the overall District Champion!

Scouts (All Ranks): $25 includes Race Fee and Catered Brunch!

Adults & Open Class: $25 includes Race Fee and Catered Brunch!

Procrastinators’ Note: Add $10 for same-day registrations.

From the adrenaline of the track to creative downtime activities, the day is designed for families and children to create lasting memories. Activities will include:

• Photo Booths: Snap your victory in the winner’s circle or create playful crash-scene photos.
• Interactive Announcements: Energetic hosts will keep the excitement high with music, sound effects, and personal introductions!
• Decorations Galore: Immerse yourself in a race-themed atmosphere with checkered flags, banners, and participant fan stations.

DISNEY IMMERSIVE STUDIO

Discover a whole new world of Disney magic! Step inside and see the Disney movies and songs you love come to life at Immersive Disney Animation in Branson! Join the magic and explore Disney Immersive Studio at a discounted price before, in between, or after your race.

Times: 10:30, 1:30, 3:30, and 6:00

Price: $15 per person
