FREE TRAINING
9AM - 1PM
The Ozark Trails Council Shooting Sports Committee is offering training for volunteers interested in becoming certified as a Rangemaster for Cub Scout shooting activities.
Who: Any registered Adult volunteer 18 or older, with a current Youth Protection Training certificate
Why: This training will certify a person to be available to assist and/or run the following activities at a District or Council level:
BB Gun Range Archery Range Sling Shot Range
Those trained as an Rangemaster can be utilized to help run events such as:
- District Cub Scout Day Camp
- District Cub Scout Parent & Pals / Webelos Woods
- Community “Warm-Up” Events
**Trainings are scheduled for a 4-hour session, but may be shorter depending on class size & participation.
