Our 2026 Lodge Leadership Dev. will be held November 6th-8th at Camp Arrowhead.

We encourage all arrowmen to attend as this will serve as our Lodge Induction Experience. This experience gives our leaders, chairmen and many others the chance to learn the new Ordeal Inductions. The weekend will be similar to an encampment weekend where we will have arrowmen become Ordeals again, but in a completely new experience.
