The purpose of Winter Camp  is to build strength through day-to-day activities of pure Scouting for patrols, units, and most importantly, for the individual Scouts. The programs offered by the Choctaw Area Council at Camp Binachi  are open to all registered Scouts BSA.  Scouts will build there schedule with 1 Merit Badge or Activity  each day and we will have group activities each evening.
