OA Lodge Leadership Development
FOR ARROWMEN: Behind every OA function is the need for planning and leadership. Lodge Leadership Development (LLD) offers lodges the chance to provide trainings aimed at improving leadership and teaching about the many facets of the Order. Training is a key part of the Order of the Arrow program. Through the wide variety of available trainings, new members can learn how to take advantage of the opportunities available to them, youth leaders can learn how to run a successful lodge or chapter, advisers can learn how to support and guide the youth, and any member can learn more about the rich history and broad scope of the Order of the Arrow. Training is how we communicate tried-and-true methods of running a quality program and prepare the next generation to take on the leadership of our multifaceted Order.
LLD this year will be hosted at Our Savior's Lutheran Church in Eyota, and will run from 6pm on Friday the 14th - 7pm on Saturday the 15th. Cost to attend is $20, or free with an All-Oxcess Pass
All members attending must bring a current Health Form (linked on this page).
