DAY PASS! Guests may attend for the day to experience the 90th anniversary celebration by reserving a Day Pass. The cost to attend the event is Free.  There is a cost for those that would like to stay for lunch or dinner. Lunch is $5/person and Dinner is $10/person.  Where you enter the name of those attending as Day Pass Guests, is the option to add a lunch or dinner for the guests. All Day Pass guests must print and bring a Day Program Waiver in order to participate in the event. Check-In will happen for Day Pass guests in the Gamehaven parking lot near the bridge.

F.A.Q.

Q: When will signups for stations be live?

On Sunday, September 14th at noon, all units currently registered for Fall Camporee will receive a link to sign up for stations on a first-come, first-served basis. This link will be sent to the Registration Contact email address from the Black Pug software system. Check your spam folder if you don't see it.

Q. I don't know how many of my Scouts will be attending camporee... does this mean I can't sign up and get the registration link until I know?

The registration site will allow you to add, remove, and change registrations through Thursday, September 25th, so register a best guess until you have a better idea!

Q. If it is the case that I can sign people up then change them, what happens if I slowly replace every registered person on the list with a different but identical person? Is it the same registration? How does Gamehaven Council plan to address this Grecian philosophical paradox?

Per the continued identity theory proposed by Kate, Ernest et al., an object stays the same as long as it continuously and metaphysically exists under the same identity without being fully transformed at one time. For instance, a house that has its front wall destroyed and replaced at Year One, the ceiling replaced at Year Two, and so on, until every part of the house has been replaced will still be understood as the same house. However, if every wall, the floor, and the roof are destroyed and replaced at the same time, it will be known as a new house. We therefore consider this issue to be resolved.

Q. Where is the option to sign up Arrow of Light Cubs for the weekend?

This option has been added to the registration site; it had been overlooked during the initial creation of the registration.

Q. What is the Day Pass option?

Anyone (Scout, Adult, or Other) who wishes to attend the 90th celebration on Saturday may sign up for a Day Pass in order to attend. Day Pass participants may not spend the night. They may also purchase meal passes to eat Lunch or Supper with the camporee team. The day pass attendees (along with camporee attendees) will receive cake, participate in a photo, and may explore some of the stations available during their time at camp.
