CUB SCOUT RANGEMASTER TRAINING

CS31/CS32- Archery, BB gun, and Slingshot training

Rob Wilkinson  will be teaching a course for adult leaders to be certified as rangemasters to supervise and to safely use the archery, bb gun, and slingshot areas within the Gamehaven Council.  Archery, BB gun shooting, and slingshot shooting are restricted to day camps, Cub Scout, Webelos Scout & AOL Scout long term camps, council-managed short-term camps, or council activities where there are properly trained supervisors and where all standards for Scouting America range & target activities are enforced. All range and target activities in the Cub Scout program must be supervised by a qualified rangemaster who is at least 18 years of age and meets the minimum requirements.

Location: Gamehaven Scout Camp 5015 Simpson Rd. SE, Rochester MN 55904

Areas of Camp needed: Pheasant Lodge (in case of Rain), Archery range, BB gun range and slingshot area.
