Spring Merit Badge Rally 2026

  • Check-in/Registration - 7:15-8:00AM -We ask that Troops check their units at one time and pick up the packets.
  • Flag Ceremony/Greeting- 8:00 AM - 8:25AM
  • Morning Classes start: 8:30AM- Noon
  • Lunch: Noon-12:45PM - Commons area
  • Afternoon Classes start: 1:00PM- 4:00PM
• Location:  Heintz Center College - Enter at East Parking Lot, Door H8
  • Address: 1956 Collegeview Rd E, Rochester MN
• Lunch: Each Scout and Adult needs to bring their own lunch. (Order of the Arrow will be set up selling snacks and beverages)
