ASTRONOMY MERIT BADGE & PLANETARIUM SHOW

Interested in what can be seen in our night sky? Want to learn more about astronomy and how activities in space affect our own planet? Now more than ever before we can see and discover new planets, see stars dying and exploding, how the sun's energy affects our weather, and how the gravitational pull of the earth and moon creates and controls ocean tides.

During this two hour class you will be able to fulfill all requirements except 4(a) and 4(b). Those final requirements can be done on your next troop excursion and signed off by your Scoutmaster. 

REMINDER: All Scouts registered need to bring a Merit Badge Blue Card the day of the class, so it can be signed off by the Counselor.
