The Fall Merit Badge Rally is your one-stop shop for a selection of exciting merit badges! Whether you are looking for Eagle badges, fun badges, or both, our counselors are ready for you! Classes this year will be held at the Minnesota State College Southeast in Winona, MN. 

Any pre-requirements will be listed if you need to do some things prior to attending class on October 26th.

     Morning, Afternoon and All Day Classes

• 7:00 - 7:45 am | Registration or Check-in
• 8:00- 8:20 am | Flag Ceremony
• 8:30 - 11:30 am | Morning Merit Classes
• 11:45- 12:45 pm | Lunch (Bring Your Own)

      Afternoon:

• 1:00 - 4:00 pm | Afternoon Merit Badge Classes
• 4:00 - 4:30 pm | All units check out at registration table before going home.
