Gateway District Pinewood Derby

Check-in/Weigh-in – 8:00am to 9:00am

Race Time – 9:30am

 The Top 3 Scouts from each age group from every Pack - Lions, Tigers, Wolves, Bears, and Webelos (Webelos I and II (Arrow of Light) are combined).

The check-in, inspection and weigh-in is from 8:00am to 9:00am. We need to have all Scouts registered on time because everything is done electronically and late entries will not be entered.

Flags will start promptly at 9:30 am with the first race immediately following.  

All races will be run on a track with an electronic timer.  Places will be determined by average speed of all heats.  Each car will race on each lane of the track once. 
Scouts are encouraged to be in uniform.  

A registration fee of $8.00 per car will be charged which will help cover expenses for trophies, certificates, and awards.

If mailing unit payment, or dropping off in Sartell, please include the registration confirmation (printed) and bring a check of the exact amount.

Must have registration in by March 15th .

Registration after March 15th will not be accepted.
