The new Shooting Sports Manual outlines that Range Safety Officers (RSO) are required nearly every time a BSA Troop Scout sets foot on a range, at camp or with the troop (in addition to NRA Instructors).  We are offering a special deal on this training needed to open ranges for BSA Scouts.  For $60, plus applicable NRA fees, we are offering the RSO Training over 2 Wednesday nights in May, May 10 and May 17, you must attend both session, both session will be held at the council office..  If you work use your RSO training to work on of the ranges at 2023 Area-Wide Ripley Rendezvous, we will refund $50 of your registration fee.  All classroom materials will be covered.  Must be 21 years old or older.
