OA Spring Conclave

Order of the Arrow Members - The Conclave is a time of great fellowship.  And a great help to launch Cuyuna into a new camp season! 

Please arrive at Cuyuna between noon and 4 p.m. on Friday, June 9th.  Everyone will be camping in designated sites so please plan accordingly.  Cost for conclave is $45 ($30 if registered by June 1, 2023) and includes Friday night supper, 3 meals on Saturday and Sunday breakfast

Ordeal - Those who have been elected in the OA, will begin their Ordeal on Friday, June 9, 2023, at Cuyuna Scout Camp during the Conclave.  Please begin arranging transportation to and from Cuyuna.  

Ordeal candidates should arrive at Cuyuna between noon and 4 p.m. on Friday, June 9th.  Please bring appropriate clothing for the expected weather.  You will also need work clothes and gloves, your uniform, and a clean change of clothes along with your personal items.  Also, on your list to bring is rain gear, tent, sleeping bag, ground cloth, and bug repellant.  

Cost for your Ordeal is $65 ($50 if registered by June 1, 2023) and includes:  OA dues for 2023, OA sash, OA handbook, patches, meals for the weekend.  There will also be a trading post open for misc. purchases.

Brotherhood - thank you for your continued faithful service to your fellowman.  Your Brotherhood ceremony will happen during the Conclave the weekend of June 9-11, 2023, at Cuyuna Scout Camp.  Please begin arranging transportation to and from Cuyuna. 

Cost for your Brotherhood is $60 ($45 if registered by June 1, 2023) and includes the Conclave, your new sash and meals for the weekend.  

Registration is open until June 4, 2023

Bus Details

A bus traveling to Cuyuna will be leaving the Center for Scouting in Mankato at 9am on Friday, June 9, 2023.  If you would like to ride along please indicate so during your registration process.  Fee is $15 per person.  Seats are limited so please register early.
