Good Afternoon Travelers!  Thank you for booking your group with Troop 24 International Travel Agency.  We are excited to take you on a trip to many "Unknown Lands".  Your trip begins with  departure on Friday, May 13, 2022, with your departure time of 6pm.  There is no meal on this flight so please eat before you arrive at the airport.  Your return  flight is scheduled for Sunday, May 15, 2022, at 10am.  We are finalizing all of the land excursions.  What we need is a list of each traveling passenger including their excursion choice.  All excursions will be enjoyed Saturday morning, May 14, 2022, from 9am - 11:30am.  A full itinerary will be sent soon.  Excursions will fill up fast, so please book early.  Watch your email for further travel correspondence.  Again, thank you for choosing Troop 24 International Travel Agency.

Registration Opens

Spring Camp-o-ree is coming together and your Travel Agency, AKA Troop 24, is excited to see so much participation and variety in the countries chosen!  When units come together and are enthusiastic about their participation, it makes the entire event so much fun.

Registration is now open.  Cost for the event is $25 per Scout and $10 per Adult.  During the registration process Scouts will need to select their merit badge for Saturday a.m.  These are your "land excursions".   

Current Land Excursions are

• Citizenship in the World - additional $6 fee; limited to 20 Scouts
• Citizenship in the Nation - limited to 20 Scouts
• Home Repairs
• Scouting Heritage - limited to 12 Scouts
• Genealogy
• Photography
• Fingerprinting
• Health Care Professions
• Indian Lore - additional fee applies

This event begins on Friday evening with at 6pm check in.  This is also called your "departure time" and units should plan to eat before they arrive at Norseland (also known as the airport).  More details about food will be released later.

Every great trip begins with planning.  Deciding where to go, what to do, where to stay, what to eat.... oh the things that need to be planned!  And this is where your troop can be of help.

Escape to Unknown Lands is the theme for Spring Camp-o-ree 2022.  Your host, Troop 24 (also known as Troop 24 International Travel Agency) is asking each troop to choose a country from the registration below.  Once selected, your troop should begin to plan how to represent this country at camp-o-ree.  It could be food, dance, craft, costumes... or all of this.  Go above and beyond and create a gateway for your site representing the country of your choice.  Plan for all the travelers to visit your country's tourist site and keep things interactive.  Think outside the box - if you choose the country of China maybe a Chinese Dragon from papier-mâché is in your plans!  Ireland may find you dancing a jig!  This event will be as much fun as you put into your country. 

Countries are first come first served!  But wait.... there's more.  Be the troop who chooses Australia and you'll be the "troop from down under" which will offer you a special camp site.  Crikey Mate that sounds bewdy bonzer!

Country selection is due by February 28, 2022
