The Camp Cuyuna Alumni Association is excited to host all current and former Camp Staff on Friday, June 13, 2025, for an unforgettable evening filled with food, fellowship, and fun!  For just $25, you'll enjoy a delicious Steak Fry Dinner while reconnecting with fellow alumni.  As the sun sets, gather around the Council Campfire Ring for a nostalgic program featuring old songs, skits, and cherished photos that will transport you back to your camp staff days.  For those who wish to immerse themselves in the full camp experience, tent camping is included, allowing you to relive those memorable nights under the stars. 

Don't miss this opportunity to celebrate and reminisce with fellow Camp Staffers.
This reunion is not just for Camp Cuyuna Staffers,
but also for anyone who has worked at a Cub Camp or volunteered at a camp as well. 

Itinerary

Plan to arrive at Cuyuna Scout Camp between the hours of 3-7pm.  Check-in will be at the Admin Building.  Here you will receive details on what is happening and where.   

Between check-in and the Steak Fry at 7pm, spend time meeting up with old friends and sharing stories of your glory days!  Pitch your tent and make yourself comfy for the evening.

Dinner is served between 7-8pm.  Steak, delicious sides and dessert will be on the menu.  Water and coffee will be provided.  If you would like something else to drink, please bring your own just remember no alcohol on camp property.

Following dinner, meander over to the Council Campfire Ring for a nostalgic program of old songs, skits, and photos.  

For those who aren't tenting overnight, once you've shared stories and laughter around the campfire, and your heart is full of wonderful memories, it's time to head back home. Take a moment to soak in the tranquility of nature one last time before you leave.

For those who are tenting overnight,  if you are currently a registered BSA member, you will be pitching your tent near the Admin Building.  For non-BSA registered campers, you will head up to Family Camp for your tenting experience.

In the morning, pack up your gear and have safe travels home.

Not quite ready to head home?  Join the Order of the Arrow for a memorable day celebrating the 50th Anniversary of the Wahpekute Lodge.

Your $20 daytime registration covers breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Whether you're a member of the OA or not, all are welcome to participate in the festivities. Spend your day helping prepare the camp for our Scouts, ensuring everything is set for the 2025 season. As the day winds down, enjoy a special evening program dedicated to commemorating this milestone anniversary. It's a perfect blend of community service, celebration, and camaraderie. Don't miss out on this opportunity to contribute and celebrate! 

Since these are two separate events, you will need to register for each one individually.
