Members of Wahpekute Lodge are invited to gather for an exciting weekend of fellowship, service, leadership, and fun during the Fall Conclave 2026, taking place September 18–20, 2026, at Norseland Scout Camp.

The annual conclave brings together members of the Order of the Arrow for a memorable weekend dedicated to strengthening the chapter, serving camp, and celebrating the bonds of brotherhood that make the Order of the Arrow special.

A Weekend of Service and Fellowship

OA members should plan to arrive on Friday evening, with check-in beginning at 5:00 p.m. Participants are encouraged to arrive prepared for a full weekend of activities, service projects, and fellowship opportunities.

The weekend schedule includes:

• Lodge activities throughout the weekend
• A camp service project on Saturday
• Lodge Executive Committee (LEC) meeting Saturday evening
• Opportunities to connect with fellow Arrowmen
• Camping and outdoor experiences at Norseland Scout Camp

Meals provided during the event include:

• Saturday breakfast, lunch, and dinner
• Sunday breakfast
• Participants should plan to eat before arriving on Friday evening.

Everyone Should Bring

Weather conditions can change quickly, so all attendees should come prepared for a variety of outdoor conditions.

Recommended items include:

• Field uniform
• Work clothes for service projects
• Clean change of clothes
• Tent and camping gear
• Ground cloth
• Sleeping bag
• Rain gear
• Personal items and toiletries
• Sunscreen
• Bug spray

This is a camping-only event, and all participants must provide a current BSA Annual Health and Medical Record Parts A and B to attend.

Special Information for Candidates

Ordeal Candidates
$50 per candidate
Ordeal candidates must arrive at Norseland Scout Camp by 6:00 p.m. Friday and should come fully prepared for their Ordeal experience.

In addition to personal gear and camping equipment, candidates should bring:

• Appropriate clothing for the weather
• Work clothes
• Field uniform
• Rain gear
• Sleeping bag
• Ground cloth
• Sunscreen
• Bug spray

Brotherhood Candidates
$35 per candidate     Candidate with Golden Ticket $20
Brotherhood candidates should arrive by 7:00 p.m. Friday prepared to begin their Brotherhood Hike.

Please bring:

• Your Brotherhood letter
• All recommended camping and personal gear listed for OA members

Vigil Candidates
$35 per candidate     Candidate with Golden Ticket $20
Vigil candidates should arrive by 7:00 p.m. Friday prepared to begin their Vigil experience.

Please bring:

• Any items recommended by your Vigil Guide
• All required camping and personal gear listed for OA members
