OA Brotherhood Bash

2pm Saturday - 9am Sunday
$12 per person ($15 CASH per person at the door)

The 11th annual Brotherhood Bash, hosted by the Cedar River Chapter, is Saturday/Sunday, March 2-3, 2024.  Our chapter hosts an LEC meeting each year during the Bash.

This event will be held at Cedar Point Scout Camp.  There will be lots of fun, food and activities planned.  And best of all - it's not expensive!  Plus, this is the "Bring a Friend" event of the year!  Know someone who is a registered Scout BSA but not yet in OA?  Invite them along!

Early registration is not required, BUT it is cheaper than at the door and it's helpful for planning purposes.  Early registration is $12 per person.  At the door cost is $15 and must be in cash.

This event is open to all current OA members in Wahpekute Lodge and a friend.

Tentative Schedule of events
Saturday, March 2nd
     2pm Registration Check-in and Gathering Activities
     5pm LEC and Dinner
     7-8pm Service Project
     8-11pm Board and non-electronic games, movies
     11-Midnight Cracker Barrel - Open games and movies
     Midnight - Quiet time, Open games and movies 
Sunday, March 3rd
     7am Wake Up
     7:15am Breakfast
     7:30-8:30 Clean up, Pack up and head home

Menu:
     Dinner - Taco and Nachos
     Cracker Barrel - Meat, crackers, cheese, chips, salsa and soda
     Breakfast - Cereal, pastries, fruit, juice, milk

You are welcome to bring your own snacks and beverages.  A kitchen with stove, microwave, and refrigerator is available.

If anyone is willing to bring their own gaming system, TV, projector, or DVD player it would be great.  We will need some of you to help with this.  

Cedar River OA members please share some of the duties of hosting.

Registration is open until Tuesday, February 27, 2024.  After this date you may still attend but must pay the $15 cash at the door.
