Scouting Through the Ages - Greg Nordhougen
May 13, 2026
Scouting Through the Ages offers an engaging look at how Scouting has evolved over time, from its early beginnings to the diverse programs we see today. This session explores the different branches of Scouting, how age-based programs are structured to support youth development, and how uniforms, traditions, and symbols have changed while still reflecting core values. Participants will gain a clearer understanding of the full Scouting journey—from Cub Scouts through Scouts BSA and beyond—and how each stage builds skills, leadership, and character in age-appropriate ways. Whether you’re new to Scouting or a longtime leader, this class provides helpful context, historical perspective, and a deeper appreciation for how the movement continues to adapt while staying true to its purpose

This class is free to attend but you must register to receive sign in details.
