4 Under 40
This award honors four individuals, each under the age of 40, who have shown outstanding service and dedication to improving life in the Greater Mankato Area through their vocational and voluntary endeavors.
Honorees are:
- John Hanley IV, Federal Bureau of Prisons
- Anna Lieske, Mankato Family YMCA
- Nicky Ploog, Mayo Clinic
- Jeremy Westphal, Fun.com
Fretwell Outstanding Educator Award
Fretwell Outstanding. Educator Award is presented to people who make their students better people by modeling and teaching Scouting values.
This year's recipient is Lyndal Kosmatka
Outstanding Eagle Scout Award
This award is presented solely to Eagle Scouts who demonstrate remarkable achievements well beyond their Scouting endeavors by excelling in their careers/vocations at local, regional, or national levels. NOESA recipients Inspire others through their positive actions, demonstrating excellence in their chosen professions, hobbies, community service, and adherence to religious beliefs.
