Order of the Arrow Spring Conclave
Friday, June 26 - Sunday, June 28, 2020
Cuyuna Scout Camp

The Order of the Arrow is the Brotherhood of Honor Campers within the Boy Scouts of America.  It recognizes those campers who best exemplify the Scout Oath and Law in their daily lives and, by such recognition, causes other campers to conduct themselves in such a manner as to warrant similar recognition.

Covid-19 - The OA staff have worked to ensure the OA Spring Conclave conforms to the CDC guidelines.  We will use Covid-19 practices that will include but not be limited to the following

• Face masks will be worn by all persons on Cuyuna Scout Camp property.  Participants should plan to bring at least 1 mask with them (preferably multiple for the weekend).
• Pre-medical screening will take place once you arrive at camp.  Those with a temperature will be sent home along with all others in your vehicle
• If you have any symptoms prior to conclave, please stay home.

Ordeal -  Those who have been elected in the OA, will begin their Ordeal on Friday, June 26, 2020, at Cuyuna Scout Camp during the spring Conclave.  Please begin arranging transportation to and from Cuyuna.  

Ordeal candidates should arrive at Cuyuna between noon and 4 p.m. on Friday, June 26th.  Please bring appropriate clothing for the expected weather.  You will also need work clothes and gloves, your uniform, and a clean change of clothes along with your personal items.  Also on your list to bring is rain gear, tent, sleeping bag, ground cloth, and bug repellant.  

Cost for your Ordeal is $40 and includes:  OA dues for 2020, OA sash, OA handbook, patches, meals for the weekend and the Ordeal Get-together to be held in August. If you register by June 12, 2020, you will receive a $5 discount.  There will also be a trading post open for misc. purchases if you wish to bring additional money.

Brotherhood - Thank you for your continued faithful service your fellowman.  Your Brotherhood ceremony will happen during the spring Conclave the weekend of June 26 - 28, 2020, at Cuyuna Scout Camp.  

Cost for your Brotherhood is $35 and includes the Conclave and your new sash and meals for the weekend.  If you register by June 12, 2020, you will receive a $5 discount.

Order of the Arrow Members - The Conclave is a time of great fellowship.  Please arrive at Cuyuna between noon and 4 p.m. on Friday, June 26th.  Everyone will be camping in designated sites so please plan accordingly.  Cost for conclave is $30 and includes Friday night supper, 3 meals on Saturday and Sunday breakfast.  You will receive a $5 discount if you register by June 12, 2020.
