Back for a second year is Northwoods Adventure Camp!  Whether your are attending as a family or a den of Webelos or Arrow of Light Scouts, we know you are going to have a funtastic time at one of the most beautiful camps around.

Cub Scouts and Siblings/Friends grades 1-5 (fall 2025)

This camp is open to all Cub Scouts grades 1-5 and their siblings and/or friends in the same age group. This is a structured camp complete with programming and free time.  Participants will rotate between different adventure stations during this camp.  Adventures are chosen during the registration process so "Be Prepared" to make your selection.

We encourage Cub Scouts to bring a friend.  Everything is more fun with a friend, so feel free to invite them.  All friends must attend with a parent.

For Packs wishing to have an experience for their Webelos and Arrow of Light Scouts, you are welcome to attend as a den.  In this instance, the Scouting America requirement of two-deep leadership is required.  Each Webelos or Arrow of Light does not need to have a parent attend.  The friend who attends with the scout however must have a parent.

Cost for this age group is $180 and includes all food, activity materials and staff. 

Family Members

This camp is a tenting experience.  Families will tent together and should bring their own camping gear.  If you are in need of a tent, please let us know during the registration process and we can bring a tent for you ($25 rental fee).  All food is provided for you.

Adults and siblings in grade 6+ are welcome to hang out at camp while your Cub Scout age youth is rotating stations (some stations will require parental assistance).  Fishing, canoeing, boating, hiking and more is available.  Parental supervision is required.  For our future Cub Scouts, siblings ages 3 and 4, parents are welcome to take them fishing, build sand castles or hiking.  Siblings under the age of 3 attend camp for free.  Please know there is no day care service.  

Adults and siblings grade 6+ the cost is $55 and ages 3-4 cost is $30.

T-Shirts

T-shirts are available for pre-order.  Cost is $17.50 each (more for larger sizes).   To have shirts available for distribution at camp, your registration must be completed by May 4, 2025.  

Itinerary

Campers should arrive at Cuyuna any time after noon on Sunday.  Please eat before you arrive.  You will be given a tour of the camp, have your health checks, swim checks and begin to set up camp.  All persons on camp property must complete a Health Form parts AB including siblings, friends and parents.

Dinner on Sunday will be at 5:30pm followed by Chapel, a flag ceremony, opening campfire and campfires in campsites.  This activity will include everyone; scouts, friends, siblings and parents.  Kids will be off to bed by 9:30pm.

Monday and Tuesday mornings break early at 7am.  Following breakfast and flags, Cub Scouts age participants will be off to spend the day rotating between stations.  Younger/older siblings will have family time.  Lunch is served to everyone at 12:30pm and dinner is at 5:30pm.

On Wednesday, you'll have breakfast at 7:30am then break camp heading home by 9am.

Your kids are going to have a blast!  Swimming, BB guns, archery, fishing, hiking, learning first aid, and spending time in the great Northwoods of Minnesota.  This is 4 days like they have not spent before!

Registration is open until June 1, 2025.  If you would like a T-shirt you need to register by May 4, 2025. You'll receive a more detailed packing list from camp staff so watch your email.
