Klondike 2025 - Wendigo's Revenge

$20 per Scout and $5 per Adult

Klondike is an event for Troops and Arrow of Light Scouts.

This event is held outdoors so dress for the weather. Klondike teams will receive points for having everyone dressed in layers with mittens, hats and proper footwear.

Klondike teams will bring their own food and prepare their own meal.  Teams will receive points for preparing a hot, appetizing, balanced and filling meal. 

Klondike is a one-day event.  If your unit would like to camp overnight for an additional fee, reach out to Kevin Thompson.

Revenge.  Years ago, you came to our woods at Norseland Scout Camp.  You taunted us with your songs.  You scared us with your fire.  You hunt us with your spears and your guns.  And you got away.

We have been here for centuries.  The native people of this area have legends of us.  The cursed one.  We roam these woods wearing the badge of our curse - a set of antlers.  We eat and we eat, and we never get full.  We just get thinner and thinner.  You and your friends were supposed to be the meal that finally satisfied us.  We got a few bites, but then you got away.

We knew you would be back, though.  Those shiny rocks you dig up mean too much to you.  You can't stay away.  And we've been growing more and more ravenous as the months have gone by.  We've been making plans for you.

We are angry.  We are hungry.  We are Wendigo!
