Introduction to Leadership Skills for Troops & Crews teaches Scouts in leadership positions about their new roles and how to be successful leaders. 

This course will also give Scouts the organizational and leadership skills needed to make that success happen.

Completion of ILST allows Scouts to participate in more advanced trainings such as National Youth Leadership Training and various other courses at Philmont Training Center.

This event will follow all Covid-19 guidelines.  Each person will be required to wear a mask, take the pre-medical screen and sign the release of liability form.

Cost to attend this all day event is $10.  If you wish to have a t-shirt, cost is $30 and you must register by August 13, 2020.
