Order of the Arrow Members - Conclave time is here! It's the perfect time of fellowship plus it's a great way to help launch Cuyuna Summer camp!
All members should arrive at Cuyuna between noon and 4pm on Friday, June 13, 2025. Everyone will be camping in designated sites so please plan accordingly. Cost for conclave is $45 ($30 if registered by May 30, 2025) and includes Friday night dinner, 3 meals on Saturday and Sunday breakfast. For Golden Ticket members (except Brotherhood candidates) your fees are part of the ticket package.
Ordeal - Those who have been elected into the OA, will begin their Ordeal on Friday, June 13th, at Cuyuna Scout Camp during the Conclave. Please begin arranging transportation to and from Cuyuna.
Ordeal candidates should arrive at Cuyuna between noon and 4 p.m. on Friday, June 13th. Please bring appropriate clothing for the expected weather. You will need work clothes and gloves, your uniform, and a clean change of clothes along with your personal items. Also, on your list to bring is rain gear, tent, sleeping bag, ground cloth, and bug repellant.
Cost for your Ordeal is $70 ($55 if registered by May 30, 2025) and includes: OA dues for 2025, OA sash, OA handbook, patches, meals for the weekend.
Brotherhood - thank you for your continued faithful service to your fellowman. Your Brotherhood ceremony will happen during the Conclave the weekend of June 13-15, 2025, at Cuyuna Scout Camp. Please begin arranging transportation to and from Cuyuna.
Cost for your Brotherhood is $65 ($50 if registered by May 30, 2025) and includes the Conclave, your new sash and meals for the weekend.
Golden Ticket Brotherhood Candidates - Those of you who purchased Golden Tickets and will receive Brotherhood during Conclave, the Golden Ticket does not include cost of supplies for your Brotherhood. There will be a $20 fee to cover expenses.
One Day Visitors - If you would like to visit for the day on Saturday and enjoy the 50th reunion, please register as a Day Visitor. Cost is $20 and includes Reunion Coffee Time, 3 meals, camp tours, speadkers at each mealw ith special program happening in the evening around 7:30pm. You are also welcome to attend all ceremonies, lodge elections and awards. If you are a Vigil member, we have a special redidication on Saturday.
OA Staff - If you are part of the official OA staff, you may attend at no cost but still must register.
There will also be a trading post open for misc. purchases.
Registration is open until June 6, 2025.
