Rum River Scout Camp in Ramsey, MN
Cub Scouts $25, Scouts BSA $30 and Adults $30

Experience Scouting through the lens of our Catholic faith at the 2026 Catholic Camporee! This special weekend brings together Cub Scouts, Scouts BSA members, and leaders for faith-filled activities, outdoor adventure, fellowship, and worship.  Whether you choose to camp for the entire weekend or attend just on Saturday, participants will enjoy meaningful opportunities to grow spiritually while participating in exciting Scouting activities.

• Mass celebration on Saturday evening
• Merit badge opportunities for Scouts BSA
• Duty to God and faith-based activities for Cub Scouts
• Opportunity to earn 4 unique patches
• Archery, BB Gun, Gaga Ball, and more
• Campfire program featuring Catholic Trivia
• Cub Scouts must attend with a parent.
• The official Scout uniform should be worn during:
• Mass
• Saturday dinner
• Saturday evening campfire program
• Activity uniforms may be worn during all other activities.

Weekend Schedule

Friday, September 11:  Arrival and Camp Setup

• Check-in and arrival
• Information and orientation meeting
• Campsite setup
• Fellowship and relaxation

Saturday, September 12:  Morning

• Flag Ceremony
• Religious Emblem Programs by age group

       Scouts BSA Program
       Scouts BSA participants will have the opportunity to explore merit badge topics including:

                American Cultures              American Heritage
               Architecture                         Collections
               Disability Awareness           Family Life
               Journalism                           Law
               Moviemaking                       Music
               Photography                        Public Speaking
               Sculpture

      Cub Scout Program
     Cub Scouts will begin by completing activities to earn the "Pray the Rosary" Patch and work on the Duty to God Adventure requirements for           their rank.  After completing their faith-based activities, Cub Scouts may rotate through activity stations including Archery, BB Gun                     Range, Obstacle Course, Gaga Ball

Saturday, September 12:  Evening

• Mass Celebration  Join fellow Scouts and families for a special Catholic Mass. Scouts interested in participating in the choir will have an opportunity to sing during the service.
• Campfire Program  The evening concludes with a campfire program featuring fellowship, fun, and a lively Catholic Trivia Contest.

Sunday, September 13  Departure

• Breakfast and campsite cleanup
• Farewells and departure
• Participants are welcome to head home by 10:30 a.m.
