OA Brotherhood Bash

The 12th annual Brotherhood Bash, hosted by the Cedar River Chapter, is Saturday/Sunday, March 1-2, 2025.  This chapter hosts an LEC meeting each year during the Bash.

This event will be held at Cedar Point Scout Camp.  There will be lots of fun, food and activities planned.  And best of all - it's not expensive!  Plus, this is the "Bring a Friend" event of the year!  Know someone who is a registered Scout BSA but not yet in OA?  Invite them along!

Early registration is not required but is cheaper than paying at the door.  Early registration is $12 an at the door will be $15 cash only.

This event is open to all current OA member in our lodge.

Tentative Schedule

• Saturday, March 2nd
  • 2pm Registration and Gathering Activities
  • 4/5pm  Service Project
  • 5pm  LEC and Dinner
  • 7-11pm  Board and non-electronic games, movies
  • 11-Midnight  Cracker Barrel, open games and movies
  • Midnight is quiet time but you can still play games and watch movies
• Sunday, March 3rd
  • 7am  Wake Up
  • 7:15am  Breakfast
  • 7:30-8:30am  Clean up, Pack up and head home

Menu will be tacos and soda for dinner Saturday night.  Cracker Barrel will have meat, cheese, crackers, soda and popcorn.  Breakfast will feature cold cereal, pastries, fruit, juice and milk.  You are welcome to bring your own snacks and beverages.  A kitchen with stove, microwave and refrigerator is available for use.

If anyone is willing to bring their own gaming system, TV, projector or DVD player to add to our equipment, please do that.  We need some of you to help with this.

Registration is open until Tuesday, February 26, 2025.  Register early - save money!
