As part of our commitment to reach the widest possible audience, University of Scouting is offering a series of online classes for Adult Leaders online. Online sessions will take place on a weekday evening starting at 7pm and will last around an hour, unless a different duration is specified. They will include a presentation, followed by Q&A time. 

The 11 Principles of Scouting Leadership Training - David Novy
This session introduces 11 core principles that shape effective leadership in Scouting at every level. We’ll explore how leaders build strong teams, communicate clearly, and support youth-led success across packs and troops. You’ll also see how these principles connect across programs like NYLT and Wood Badge. Whether you are new or experienced, you’ll leave with practical insights you can apply right away.
