Before registering; be aware that all Restarting Scouting &, Popcorn Specific/COVID storefront guidelines must be followed. This storefront can ask you to leave for noncompliance.
Also be aware that in order to sell at Cabela’s Dundee they require a ‘Special Event Agreement’ to be signed by you/your unit (pages 1-2) and returned to; scott.bilbrey@cabelas.com IMMEDIATELY UPON ACCEPTANCE. Without this you cannot sell.

REGISTRATION
Registration opens August 1, 2020.
You can sign for one session during each registration period.
Registration periods will re-open on August 5, 10, 15, 20, 25.
All units are welcome to sign for additional slots.
On August 30th, time slots will close for September.
Registration dates DO show on the reporting. Excess sessions in any registration period will be removed.
We will send one email to confirm your Registration number, date and time for approved sessions. Just because you apply, does not mean you are approved.
