Water and Woods White Water Rafting Trip

June 16-20, 2017

Songer - New River Gorge

Fayetteville, West Virginia

$400 per participant:

  •  2 days on the river
  •  Camping
  •  Meals
  •  T-shirt

You can experience Tree Top Zip LInes and Gravity Zip Lines for an additional fee of $82.  There is also a Timber Trek for an additional $42 and Horse Back Riding for an additional $115.  If you wish to do these things, pay at Songer.

Each rafter is responsible for their own camping gear, transportation, and meals during travel.  Meals at Songer are included in the cost.

Venturers, Sea Scouts, and Boy Scouts (ages 14 & older) are welcome.  Younger Scouts and family members may be able to attend.  One adult per 6 youth is required by BSA Guidelines.

You can work on your Watercraft Elective or earn your Whitewater Merit Badge.  Scouts must earn the Canoeing Merit Badge prior to earning the Whitewater Merit Badge.
